Art & Emotion is a guided experience where two art educators lead a small group (maximum 8 participants) in a 45-minute session that begins with a brief guided meditation. In front of the chosen artwork, the art educator will guide the group further. You’ll participate in a series of exercises designed to encourage reflection and help you connect with the thoughts and emotions the artwork evokes in you. You are invited to share your feelings, entirely voluntarily, while also listening to the experiences of other participants. Finally, the art educator will share the story behind the artwork discussed.
