Experience artist Kim Richard Adler Mejdahl and author Christina Hagen in conversation about having grown up in violent dynamics – and how they each interpret it in their artistic practices. The conversation will be moderated by journalist and author Amalie Langballe.
NB: Takes place at Gammel Strand, Gammel Strand 48, 1202 København K
Kim Richard Adler Mejdahl is current with the performance FRICREATED at theatre Sort/Hvid. The performance is a musical installation that artistically processes experiences of being gay in a West Zealand province and growing up with an alcoholic and violent father.
Christina Hagen has most recently published POW POW POW; Pistol poems about violence between children and adults, between lovers and strangers, between mole dwellers and normal people.
The event is created in collaboration between CPH STAGE, Gammel Strand, FOF København, SORT/HVID and Gyldendal.
