Would you like to get a unique insight into an artistic work process and be hands-on at the same time? Then the plant dyeing workshop in SKITSE with Maria Nørholm Ramouk might be for you. Here you will gain insight into Ramouk's artistic practice and learn how to dye textiles with nature's own pigments.
On June 1, we open the doors to another workshop at SKITSE, and this time you will be in the company of visual artist Maria Nørholm Ramouk. Based on her family history, Ramouk explores topics such as loneliness and community through tactility and installation. Nørholm Ramouk is interested in how social contexts, social heritage, resources and cultural conditions are related. As a result, loneliness is a central theme that recurs in the artist's work production, where the work of creating safety through participatory installations and performances that open up as spaces for repetition and community is at the center.
