Contact
Tilda Lundbohm works at the intersection of sculpture, installation and text, exploring language, the body and existence. Through a diverse range of materials, techniques and kinetic elements, she investigates fundamental questions of human needs, desires, trauma and mortality. Drawing on her own experiences, she transforms the personal into sensory works and installations that invite reflection on vulnerability, care and what it means to inhabit a body. Her artistic practice is characterised by clear narratives and a rich symbolic visual language that uncompromisingly foregrounds the most fragile aspects of human existence.
Lundbohm graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in 2025 with an MFA specialising in Artistic Research and Writing. As part of her studies, she completed an exchange programme at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. She also holds a BFA from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and has a background in graphic arts from Göteborgs Konstskola.
Her practice has already received significant institutional recognition. She was selected for the prestigious 11-month AHC × 15. Juni Fonden development programme and has received the 15. Juni Fonden Honorary Award, the Poul Erik Bech Foundation Art Prize, the Blix Prize (2025) and a working grant from the Danish Arts Foundation (2026).
