Searching Through the Dark and the Light af kunstneren Ursula Nistrup fremmaner via sit formsprog, sin lydside og scenografi et kropsligt og sanseligt billede af en udfordrende samtid, hvor vi mennesker navigerer i en twilight zone mellem det håbefulde lys og foruroligende mørke.
Searching Through the Dark and the Light er således én stor installation i to dele, en mørk og en lys, der består af skulpturelle elementer, et musikalsk lydunivers og tekstfortællinger.
Som baggrund for udstillingen ligger en fiktiv fortælling, som Ursula Nistrup har udviklet sammen med forfatter Ida Marie Hede. I fortællingen er en sommerfugleart muteret for at kunne overleve i en stærkt forandret verden.
Udstillingen er skabt med musikalske bidrag fra Lis Sørensen, Signe Høirup Wille-Jørgensen (JOMI), Xenia Xamanek, Luke Sutherland (Rev Magnetic), Anne Sofie Madsen, Laura Bidstrup, Marie Bancks og Lotte Henriksen.
